Stolen ‘Catmobile’ turns up in Wyong

Charles Oliver and Coralie Wood when they originally took possession of the “Catmobile”

THE stolen “Catmobile” – has been found in Wyong, NSW, according to publicist and founder of the CAT (Combined Area Theatre) Awards, Coralie Wood.

The vehicle, a Suzuki Ignis which features the unmistakeable eyes of a feline, went missing from the home of CAT judge Charles Oliver nine days ago after thieves broke into his Downer home and stole the keys.

According to Wood, Oliver will head for Wyong on Tuesday to collect the car, but to date neither of them knows what condition it is in, although it’s said to be drivable.

“It’s amazing,” Wood says.
