A 36-year-old Bruce man has been charged with almost 70 violence and sexual offences following an investigation into allegations made by multiple women.

Police say several women came forward in late 2025 and early 2026 alleging the man subjected them to sexual, physical and strangulation-related assaults during relationships that began in 2024.

The man was arrested after police searched a Bruce home on Thursday.

He has been charged with 69 offences, including multiple counts of sexual intercourse without consent, aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm, aggravated choke and render a person insensible, and aggravated common assault.
