UPDATE: After receiving tips from the public police located the BMW in Queanbeyan.

POLICE are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a silver 2007 BMW 525 sedan believed to be linked to a number of burglaries in the ACT area.

The vehicle has been regularly seen around the ACT and Queanbeyan areas over the last week bearing the distinctive white and black number plates, “HOT 525”. 

Anyone who has noticed a silver BMW sedan that has not moved for a few days is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000 quoting reference number 6733666.
