A 39-year-old Belconnen man has been charged with multiple firearms offences following an investigation into the alleged manufacture of 3D-printed weapons.

Police say investigations into illegal firearms manufacturing in Canberra led to the man being identified as allegedly involved in producing and supplying 3D-printed firearms.

About 3.20pm on Wednesday, police searched two homes in Howie Court, Belconnen.

Police seized multiple 3D-printed firearms and parts, gel blasters, ammunition, suspected illicit drugs, stolen bicycles and other weapons including knuckle dusters, a taser and an extendable baton.
