The ACT Rural Fire Service is running a helicopter to assist with fighting a bushfire near the intersection of Djerrkura Street and Roy Marika Street in Bonner, says Emergency Services.
Crews from the ACT Rural Fire Service and ACT Fire & Rescue are working to contain the blaze, which is about 500 metres m x 500 metres in size.
SES says the Bushfire Alert and Warning Level for this fire is set at ADVICE. There is no immediate danger to members of the community, and no properties are currently under threat as a result this fire.
