QUEANBEYAN teenager Jacob Whiting has been missing for nearly a week and police and family hold “serious concerns” for his welfare due to his age.

The 15-year-old was was last seen on Cassia Crescent, Karabar, on Wednesday.

When he could not be located or contacted, police were notified on Monday and began an investigation to locate him.

NSW police describe him as being of Caucasian appearance, about 150cm-160cm tall, of medium build with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black puffer jacket, black pants, white shoes and a baseball cap.

He is known to frequent the Queanbeyan and ACT areas.
