Owner surrenders three illegal gel blasters

 

Surrendered gel blasters.

Three illegal gel blasters, resembling long arms, are the latest weapons seized by Operation Kilcoy.

On Thursday afternoon, police confiscated the three weapons, which were surrendered by the owner, who had become aware he was in possession of prohibited firearms after reading about weapons seized by Operation Kilcoy.

Gel blasters are classed as prohibited firearms as per the Firearms Act 1996.
