A 42-year-old man, riding his bike at 12.50am on Monday through playing fields near Kett Street, Kambah, has been arrested for drug possession.

As police approached the man, he identified himself, and a check of police resources indicated the man was suspected of selling drugs.

A search of his backpack revealed two small clip seal bags, containing three grams of methamphetamine (ice), as well as clip seal bags containing ice residue, scales, and a large quantity of unused clip seal bags.

The man was arrested, and will face the ACT Magistrates Court next month.
