Information wanted on Braddon arson

The stolen blue-green Toyota Celica

WITNESSES are being sought to a suspicious fire in Braddon early on Monday morning.

At 5.35am firefighters and police attended a recently opened tattoo business on Elouera Street where an internal sprinkler system had already extinguished the blaze.

There were signs of forced entry about 5am, with the fire being deemed suspicious.

Police believe the offenders entered the premises via an adjoining alleyway and left the scene in a stolen blue-green Toyota Celica.

The car was recovered on Tuesday and is subject to forensic examination.

Police urge anyone with information regarding the incident to call 1800 333000.
