AUSTRALIA’s newest airline could be adding Canberra to its routes, but not just yet.

The boss of Bonza Airlines, Tim Jordan, says flights in and out of Canberra could be on the cards
He says talks continue based on the fact Bonza is a low-cost airline seeking low-cost infrastructure.
Mr Jordan says while things look promising, locking in a start date is still under negotiation.
Canberra Airport’s head of aviation Michael Thomson has confirmed the negotiations and says an outcome looks promising.
It comes as the airline recovers from a setback involving the regulatory approval of some jets in its fleet to service flights.
This issue is expected to be resolved by the new year.
