A black Audi RS Q3 was driven erratically along Adelaide Avenue and Yamba Drive before crashing at the roundabout with Melrose Drive in Hughes on Saturday morning.
Police are appealing for anyone who witnessed or has dash-cam footage of the crash or the Audi driving in the southbound lane around 10.20am.
