A 55-year-old motorcyclist, from Torrens, has died following a collision on Athllon Drive, Wanniassa, last week. He is the fifth person to die on ACT roads this year.
At about 7.30am on Thursday the man’s motorcycle, travelling southbound, and a northbound red Mitsubishi collided just before the intersection with Sulwood Drive.
The motorcycle rider was taken to hospital in a serious condition, but died from his injuries on Saturday.
