Police are investigating a “suspicious” house fire in Holt after a dead body was found early on Wednesday morning.
At about 2.50am police and ACT Fire & Rescue were called to the scene of the house fire at Giltinan Place.
The fire was extinguished, but the body of a person was located inside the home.
Anyone who witnessed the fire or was in the vicinity of Giltinan Place before 3am should call 1800 333000 or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
