Police are seeking anyone who witnessed or has dashcam footage of a black Porsche Cayenne 3 with NSW registration EQI62T being driven around Canberra after it was stolen from Narrabundah early on Friday morning.

After the reported burglary of a handbag and keys to the Porsche, police identified a 16-year-old boy from CCTV footage allegedly refuelling the vehicle, before driving away without paying from a petrol station in Casey.

Officers from Operation Toric arrested the boy in Nicholls and recovered the allegedly stolen car and credit cards in the victim’s name.

The boy is facing charges of driving a motor vehicle without consent, making off without payment and other driving offences.
