Man drowns at Narrawallee Beach

Narrawallee Beach.

A man, believed to be in his 50s,  drowned at Narrawallee Beach, on the south coast, on Monday afternoon.

NSW police says that at about 3.30pm emergency services were called to the beach on Matron Porter Drive, Narrawallee, in response to reports of a man in distress in the water.

Paramedics performed CPR on the man – believed to be in his 50s – however he couldn’t be revived.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
