A 44-year-old man has been charged after police seized two firearms and suspected illicit drugs from a Hackett home.
Police searched the property between October 25 and 26, allegedly finding two firearms, suspected ketamine and about 20 grams of psilocybin, commonly known as magic mushrooms.
The man, who was not at the property during the search and was subject to an arrest warrant, was arrested on Tuesday.
He has been charged with two counts each of trafficking in a controlled drug other than cannabis and possessing an unregistered firearm.
Investigations are continuing and police expect to lay further charges.
