An 18-year-old woman is facing court after allegedly threatening a man with a screwdriver in Civic on Tuesday afternoon.

Police were alerted to an altercation between a group of people and tradesmen working in City Walk. They arrested an 18-year-old woman near the merry-go-round and recovered a screwdriver that will be alleged the woman used to threaten a man known to her and the tradesmen.

No one was physically injured during this incident.
