Canberra faces possible weekend traffic disruptions due to the Wall-to-Wall Ride for Remembrance on Saturday and Camp Quality Classic Cruise and Raiders final on Sunday.

Police say the annual Wall-to-Wall Ride for Remembrance will travel from Mitchell to Parkes between 3pm and 4pm on Saturday afternoon. The ride starts at Epic and will progress along the Federal Highway, Northbourne Avenue, Vernon Circle, Commonwealth Avenue, Parliament Drive before taking Kings Avenue to the National Police Memorial.

On Sunday the Camp Quality Classic Cruise will leave the National Arboretum mid-morning, travelling along Lady Denman Drive, Barry Drive, Belconnen Way, William Hovell Drive, John Gorton Drive and Cotter Road before finishing at Questacon in Parkes.

A full house at GIO Stadium on Sunday afternoon for the NRL Finals game between the Raiders and Broncos will also see increased traffic in and around Bruce. Police are urging drivers to arrive early and to ensure they are parked in designated parking locations. The use of public transport is also encouraged.
