Suspended, but man drives into two police cars

A 37-year-old Kambah man, suspended from driving, faces court after he drove into two police vehicles and injured two officers in Reid on Wednesday. The man was subject to a Sentencing Administration Board warrant.

At about 10.45am police went to a residence in Reid where they allege he reversed his car into two police vehicles and injured two police officers, who were treated in hospital for minor injuries.

The man was arrested and charged with multiple offences, including two counts of failing to stop for police, driving at police, dangerous driving, and driving with a suspended licence.
