Police swoop on Symonston drug haul

Police have seized large quantities of illicit and controlled drugs and $8650 in cash during a search of a residence in Symonston. 

They say the investigation into drug trafficking relates to the supply of illicit prescription drugs within the Canberra region.

The seized drugs are believed to have been sourced from overseas, with their quality and contents unknown.
