Man faces historic child sex charges

A 34-year-old man is facing the Supreme Court accused of sexually abusing two children under the guise of playing a game with them in Pearce in the early 2000s.

The man, who was a teenager at the time of the alleged offending, lived in Pearce between 2001 to 2008.

He has been charged with two counts of choking/suffocating/strangling another person and three counts of child sex offences.

Anyone with information about alleged sexual offending by this man is urged to contact police via Crime Stoppers ACT website or on 1800 333 000.
