Man charged with strangling wife multiple times

A 28-year-old man is facing the ACT Magistrates Court after allegedly strangling his wife multiple times on Wednesday morning.

Police allege between 1am and 3.30am, the man repeatedly strangled his wife at their home in Gungahlin.

The man was arrested and has been  charged with four counts of choking, suffocating, or strangling another person.
