Man charged over indecent assaults on women in Civic

A 42-year-old Turner man has been arrested following two alleged acts of indecency on women in Civic this month.

A woman was allegedly indecently assaulted by the man inside a grocery store on the afternoon of September 13 and two days later he is accused of indecently assaulting a woman was walking with her boyfriend along Alinga Street.

Described by victims as Caucasian in appearance with short hair and aged in his 30s or 40s, police arrested the man at a residence in Turner.

He is charged with two acts of indecency without consent and further charges may be laid.
