An federal election sign in Amaroo has been defaced with a hate symbol.
Police say the corflute sign was vandalised on Horse Park Drive between 5pm, April 16 and 9am, April 17.
Interfering or defacing election advertising material is an offence.
Anyone with information (including relevant dash-cam footage) is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
