A scooter, set on alight in a basement car park in De Burgh Street, Lyneham, on Friday night, led to a nearby vehicle catching fire.
Police allege a 35-year-old Lyneham man made admissions to starting the fire to a resident of the apartment complex.
He was arrested and charged with arson building/vehicle.
