Police want help to identify a woman who allegedly assaulted patrons and a staff member at an entertainment venue in the Canberra Centre last month.

A verbal altercation began between the woman and other patrons at the venue at around 10.40pm on October 4, during which the woman allegedly became aggressive and assaulted one of the patrons and a staff member.

The woman is described Caucasian in appearance with a medium build, medium-length curly brown hair who was wearing a blue shirt and black pants.
