Two woman and a man have been charged with a total of 79 offences following a police operation targeting retail theft in north Canberra suburbs.
Police allege the goods and alcohol stolen by the three people was worth more than $12,400.
- A 36-year-old woman who was arrested on Friday, was charged with 28 offences relating to thefts from liquor stores in the Dickson area.
- A 26-year-old Ainslie woman was on Friday and charged with 31 offences relating to thefts from liquor stores in the Dickson and Braddon areas.
- A 48-year-old Watson man, who was arrested on Monday was charged with 20 offences relating to multiple retail thefts.
