
There will be protest activity outside the Russian embassy, Canberra Avenue, on Saturday, say ACT police.
They also warn that the planned “commemorative activity” and protests at individual businesses or locations across the ACT may go through until the opening of the federal parliament on Tuesday.
On Sunday afternoon there may be may be minor traffic disruptions as the result of a rally at Parliament House that will include a march to Yarralumla.
Police say they support the right of people to peacefully protest, however the disruption of business activity or other criminal activity will not be tolerated.
