A 42-year-old Dickson man has been charged after several women were allegedly chased, threatened and assaulted outside a fitness studio on Northbourne Avenue, Civic, earlier this month.
Police say the man harassed several women near the studio about 5.30am on October 15, threatening to follow them inside and attempting to kick one woman.
About the same time the following morning, a man matching his description allegedly chased several women, threatened one and threw a bottle towards another as she fled.
Police searched the area on both mornings but were unable to find the man.
Following investigations and a public appeal for information, officers arrested the 42-year-old at a Dickson home on Wednesday night.
He has been charged with two counts of assault and two counts of affray.
