Police are no longer treating the death of a 70-year-old Watson man earlier this month as suspicious following an autopsy and a review of other evidence.
The man was found dead inside his Hanson Place home on October 5 after police were called about 7.55am to check on his welfare.
Homicide detectives initially treated the death as suspicious and appealed for witnesses and CCTV or dashcam footage from the area.
However, police have now ruled out suspicious circumstances following the autopsy and further examination of evidence.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
