Woman charged with biting nightclub security guard

A 21-year-old woman who was subject to good behaviour obligations has been charged after allegedly assaulting security staff at a London Circuit nightclub on Friday night.

At about midnight, the woman was inside a licensed venue on London Circuit when staff refused to serve her further alcohol and directed her to leave the premises.

She allegedly refused and was escorted from the venue by security. Outside, she allegedly kicked a security guard and bit him on the arm.

Police arrived a short time later and arrested the woman. She has been charged with assault, remaining in the vicinity of a licensed premises and offensive behaviour after refusal of service.
