Two men are being sought by police after two other men were allegedly assaulted outside a restaurant in Civic last year, leaving them with serious injuries.

About 2.45am on Sunday, November 9, two men were allegedly assaulted on the corner of Cooyong Street and Genge Street.

Police say the two offenders then walked towards Lonsdale Street before leaving the area in a black Audi sedan.

One of the men is described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, with a slim build, short black hair and facial hair. At the time, he was wearing a white hooded jumper with “LA” on the back, a black shirt, dark pants and white shoes.

The second man is also described as being of Pacific Islander appearance, with a slim build and short black hair. He was wearing a black hooded jumper with a white spider and red writing on the back, blue jeans and white shoes.

Anyone who recognises the men or who witnessed the assault, should contact police via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
