A 39-year-old man has been charged with multiple family violence offences after allegedly repeatedly breaching bail and court orders.
Police allege a Special Interim Family Violence Order was issued by the court in September and the man was later granted bail with conditions in November in the ACT Magistrates Court.
It will be alleged the man committed multiple offences against his former partner and breached those court orders.
On Wednesday, officers from the Domestic and Family Violence Investigations Unit attended a residence and arrested the man.
He has been charged with four counts of aggravated common assault, property damage, three counts of contravening a family violence order, using a carriage service to menace or harass, and breach of bail.
