A 23-year-old Gordon man has been charged after Australian Border Force officers found alleged child abuse material on his mobile phone at Canberra Airport.
The man was returning to Canberra on a flight from Bali on Sunday morning.
Police said Border Force officers allegedly found child exploitation material on his phone during the examination.
He was arrested and during a search of his Gordon home, further alleged child exploitation material was found on electronic devices.
The man was charged with two counts of possessing child exploitation material. Police said further charges may be laid following forensic examination of his electronic devices.
