A 30-year-old man has been charged with reckless sexual intercourse without consent after allegedly sexually assaulting a woman known to him at a party last year.
Police allege the man was at a party in Moncrieff in June, where he sexually assaulted the woman while she was asleep.
The incident was later reported to police, and the man’s vehicle was searched on Thursday.
