A 36-year-old Stirling man has been charged after allegedly assaulting three people during a neighbourhood dispute.
Police say the incident occurred when a woman approached the man at his residence about rubbish left on her property, before he began yelling at her. It is alleged the man then grabbed and shoved the woman.
A man and woman at a nearby residence witnessed the altercation and confronted the man, who allegedly shoved the second woman, striking her in the face, and grabbed the man aggressively.
Police attended a short time later and arrested the man.
He has been charged with three counts of common assault.
