A man riding an e-scooter, with multi-coloured LED lights, allegedly committed a late-night, indecent act on a woman near the Gungahlin Drive overpass near the golf club.

Police are looking for witnesses or dash-cam footage from between 11pm on December 11 and 1am on December 12.

The man is described as in his 30s and having a slight Middle-Eastern accent. He was wearing black sandshoes, long black pants, a black hooded jumper with the hood pulled over his head and a black backpack.
