A 35-year-old man has been extradited from WA accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a Civic nightclub in 2022.
On December 4, a woman approached police alleging she had been sexually assaulted by the man on the dance floor of a Bunda Street nightclub.
Police ultimately tracked the man to WA and he was arrested by local police on Tuesday and returned to the ACT on Wednesday. He has been charged with sexual intercourse without consent and an act of indecency without consent.
