A woman left a shoe store in the Canberra Centre late on Wednesday afternoon allegedly without paying for items.
When confronted by staff, she allegedly said she had weapons in her bag and would stab them.
Police say they want to speak to the woman depicted in the shopping centre’s CCTV footage or anyone who has information about her or this incident.
