QantasLink is phasing out its Fokker 100 jet, a familiar sight at Canberra airport.
The jet will be replaced by the fuel-efficient Embraer 190 jet – as part of the carrier’s fleet renewal program. The first of the new jets is due to arrive next year.
Last week, QantasLink announced the retirement of the Q300 prop aircraft, which had been widely used between Canberra and Sydney.
