A 16-year-old girl and a 21-year-old man have been charged with police officers in separate incidents on Friday.
In the morning police were called to a home in O’Connor following allegations that a 16-year-old girl was acting aggressively towards the occupants.
Police say the teenager threw a drink hitting an officer, later spitting in the same officer’s face.
She faces the ACT Children’s Court charged with two counts of assault of a frontline community service provider, resisting a territory official and breaching the peace.
At about 11.30pm police identified a 21-year-old Casey man in Civic in breach of his bail conditions.
While resisting arrest, the man became aggressive and allegedly headbutted and kicked an officer.
He is charged with resisting territory public officials and assaulting a frontline community service provider.
