A 36-year-old Holt man is facing court charged with reckless sexual intercourse without consent and breach of good behaviour obligations.
In February 2023, a woman made allegations that the man engaged in sexual intercourse without her consent while she was at a reduced level of consciousness.
On Saturday the man was arrested for unrelated matters, and on Sunday he was interviewed regarding the allegations and subsequently charged.
