A MAN in his 20s is dead after falling down a cliff while abseiling in the Southern Highlands on Monday.
Police report that emergency services were called to Belmore Falls, off Belmore Falls Road, at Barrengarry, just before 4pm, following reports a person had been injured.
The man had died while attempting to abseil down a cliff.
A report will be prepared for the coroner.
