A “SUSPICIOUS” man, believed to be aged between 40 and 50, was caught appearing to film a woman and her daughter without permission in Belconnen Mall.

Just after 12pm on August 7, the man was confronted by shoppers for appearing to film the pair for “a significant period of time” without their knowledge.

Police are seeking to identify the man, who they’ve described as being Caucasian 40-to-50-years-old, about 180cm (5’11”) tall, with a thin build.

He was wearing a grey, long-sleeved top, dark pants and a grey beanie at the time of the incident.
