A 92-year-old husband has been charged with murder following the discovery of his wife’s body on Monday.
Police were called to a residence in Fisher about 2.40pm after a care worker on a scheduled visit located the deceased 92-year-old woman in the home.
The husband was taken into custody on Monday evening, and has been charged with one count of murder.
He appeared in a bedside hearing on Tuesday afternoon, with the matter adjourned until Wednesday.
