Missing teen found ‘safe and well’, say police

Found 14-year-old Wahed Omrani

 

UPDATE: Friday, 1pm: Police report that Wahed Omrani, 14, has been located “safe and well”.

WAHED Omrani, 14, has been missing since Tuesday, leaving his family and police concerned for his welfare.

Wahed was last seen in Gungahlin on Tuesday at 5am, but has not been seen by his family since 7pm Monday.

Wahed is described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, about 168cm (5’6″) tall, with a slim build, olive complexion, short dark hair, and dark eyes.

Police say he was last seen wearing a black hooded jumper with red writing across the front.
