A 40-year-old Holt woman has been charged and 26 speakers seized after police attended her home 78 times over noise complaints since April.
Residents repeatedly complained to police and the Environment Protection Authority (EPA) about loud music at the property between April and October.
Police attended the home several times between 6pm and 10.30pm on Thursday following further complaints.
With assistance from EPA officers, police recorded noise levels high enough to warrant entering the home, where they arrested the woman and seized 26 speakers.
She has been charged with causing noise within six hours of receiving a direction.
Residents can report excessive neighbourhood noise to the EPA through Access Canberra on 132281.
