Three teenage boys have been charged after allegedly stealing clothing from a Woden store and threatening a staff member on Wednesday.
Police allege a group of five youths entered a sports clothing store at a Woden shopping centre about 3.30pm and left with items without paying.
One of the youths allegedly threatened a staff member who tried to stop the group from leaving.
Police later arrested two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old nearby and found backpacks containing clothing with retail tags still attached, which was allegedly stolen from the store.
One of the teenagers was allegedly in breach of bail and another was subject to a good behaviour order.
All three have been charged with aggravated robbery in company.
