A second man has been charged following a major ACT drug trafficking investigation after police allegedly linked him to firearms and stolen Pokémon trading cards recovered during earlier raids.
Police allege the 40-year-old Banks man helped facilitate drug trafficking with a 42-year-old Conder associate who was charged earlier this month after police seized illicit drugs, a firearm, cash and high-value assets during raids across Tuggeranong under Operation Campania.
The Banks man was arrested at his home on Wednesday after police reviewed evidence and mobile phones seized during the investigation.
Police allege several firearms seized during the earlier searches have been linked to him. Officers also allege they found more than a dozen trading cards believed to have been stolen during a burglary at an Acton collectibles store in February.
The man has been charged with trafficking a controlled drug, unauthorised possession of more than 10 firearms, unlawful possession of stolen property and possessing a prohibited weapon.
