A Kambah man, subject to good behaviour obligations, has been charged following an alleged domestic assault and the discovery of a prohibited weapon and suspected drugs.
Police were called to a Kambah residence on Sunday afternoon after receiving information that a woman had been assaulted by her partner.
Officers spoke with two women at the home, but were told the man had already left the scene.
The man was located at an apartment in Kambah at about 11.50pm and arrested.
Police allege a search of the man uncovered a tactical stun gun and about 35 grams of a crystalline substance believed to be methamphetamine.
The 29-year-old has been charged with aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm, aggravated common assault, trafficking a controlled drug and possessing a prohibited weapon.
